The human rights organization Human Constanta, as one of the areas of activity, deals with the topic of non-discrimination and protection of the rights of vulnerable groups. In this area, we are also interested in the aspect of hate crime, since the separation of such crimes into a separate group should help protect vulnerable groups from criminal attacks, and also comply with the state’s international human rights obligations.
